		<description><![CDATA[It is nuts for the U.S. to be dependent on China for such a critical metal as Manganese when there is a significant domestic supply available, see the American Manganese website.  Also the Chinese have a 20% export duty on Mn.  American manufacturers and mining jobs would be big winners if domestic production was initiated.  Seems like a no-brainer.]]></description>
